Retail Media

Retail media is one of the largest and fastest-growing ad verticals in the US. Between 2016 and 2021, retail media ad spend increased from $1 billion to $30 billion, making its growth to $30 billion faster than video (9 years), social networks (11 years), and search (at least 15 years), according to EMARKETER’s Retail Media Explainer report. Europe is quickly following suit.

In 2023, Amazon made $49 billion from retail media ad spending. We enable other retailers to build similar businesses.

The Role

We're looking for ambitious business development professionals, account executives or sales managers who want to own their own pipeline from origination to close. You will have full responsibility for your own number.

This role is hard work, involves significant outbound sales, cold calling, partnership development, customer success and strategic consultancy. With plenty of international travel.

- Have strong written and verbal communication skills

- Need to be highly organized

- Exceptional CRM hygiene

- Extensive experience planning and managing multiple engagements effectively

- Be able to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence

- Self-motivation with a strong desire to succeed

- Ability to think and act strategically
